Box Office opening hours:

Monday – Friday: 1pm – 5pm
The Box Office will be also open for 1 hour before a show is due to take place.

• UCH are not currently offering a collection service from the Box Office. Tickets will be issued as e-tickets or can be posted
• Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, customers can avail of the option to purchase ticket insurance through a third party provider, secure my booking, at the time of purchase. For full details see https://securemybooking.com/
• If the show is Sold Out, please contact the Box Office and the team will endeavour to sell on your tickets for you. Additional charges may apply
• An e-ticket can be e-mailed to you, even if booking by phone/in person
• Please note wheelchair and companion spaces can only be booked via the Box Office and are not available for sale online. For further information please go to Accessibility

In Person: Visit our Box Office in the Foundation Building of University of Limerick within our opening hours

*Standard Booking Fee: €2.50 per ticket.
(Booking fees include processing and service charges and are non-refundable)

Postage Fee: €1.75 charge if post is chosen as delivery method (postage fees are non-refundable)
